Hey, I'm Af, a native New Yorker! I am a trainer for 6+ years and have been an athlete for life. I currently train for athletic performance as I play basketball daily and as a goalie for several soccer teams around NYC weekly. If you're looking to improve your aerobic capacity and train for a specific sport, hit my line! I also specialize in posture correction, weight loss, hypertrophy through numerous modalities. I also am heavily into music and fashion, I enjoy DJing in my free time and flexing when appropriate.
