My name is Rob and I am a certified personal trainer through The National Personal Training institute (NPTI) in Rochester Hills, Michigan. I have a Masters and Bachelor's of Science degree with a concentration in Kinesiology from Wayne State University. Having experience as an Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I work with all populations to achieve fitness goals, weight loss, rehabilitation cardiac rehab, and educate about proper nutrition. My journey into fitness started as a teenager when I began martial arts, which became a lifelong passion. I learned early on the value of health throughout my training in different styles. Years later, I used my knowledge and skill to help others meet their fitness goals. For instance, I have instructed seniors through a combined program of Tai Chi and personal trainer, which enabled them to improve their balance, reduce arthritis pain and increase their overall health. As the daughter of a heart patient (my late but dearly beloved father) , I saw how important it is to empower yourself regarding your health.
