Hi everyone! I'm personal trainer Jamie Duvnjak. Born and raised in the Midwest, I've been residing in the East Bay for close to 20 years. I've been working in gyms since I was 16 and feel like they are my second home! I love helping clients achieve all of their health and wellness goals and feel we become a great team when we work together! Not only do I help with the nutrition side, I will develop an exercise plan to get you in whatever shape you desire. We can meet in person to conduct workout sessions or virtually via ZOOM where I'm with you each step of the way. Whichever one you choose, I'll hold you accountable to stay on track; I'll teach you the correct techniques for each exercise, so you have proper form; and you'll receive an effective program that can be used even on your own when you're not with me.

After the Marine Corps it was my mission to help people become more healthy through exercise and nutrition. In addition to her Certifications in Personal Training, Fitness, and Seniors Conditioning, Sarahj is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist. Her wholistic approach to general wellbeing and personal fitness, through elite conditioning incorporates a complete program of physical, dietary, and mental focus that contributes to a balanced lifestyle and accelerates results. Sarahj holds certifications from the International Fitness Association [IFA], National College of Exercise Professionals [NCEP], and International Sports Science Association [ISSA], and is Certified in Adult and Child CPR and First Aid.
